• All course enrollments, training fees, and payments made to Swottex Academy are final and non-returnable.
• Once you have enrolled in a program, you will not be eligible to return or cancel the enrollment.

2. No Refund Policy

• We follow a strict no refund policy for all online and offline training programs, workshops, and courses.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Non-attendance of classes (online/offline).
• Voluntary withdrawal after enrollment.
• Change of personal circumstances.
• Access to digital study material or course content.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where:

• A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error.
• The program was cancelled by Swottex Academy.

In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after verification.
